Card Manufacturing
Ernex provides a fully managed service to our clients for card manufacturing. We work directly with our card manufacturer on our client’s behalf, and use project management methodology to track key milestones in the card manufacturing process. Additionally, our card manufacturer provides dedicated project management expertise to ensure all steps in the card manufacturing process are completed as per an established plan.
Ernex incorporates the card manufacturing timelines into the overall Project Implementation process to ensure that our clients have full visibility into all elements of their Loyalty or Gift Card program implementation.
Timelines:
The card manufacturing process takes approximately six to eight weeks for new card designs. We generally anticipate that it takes two weeks for the color proofing process and four to six weeks for manufacturing and personalization.For reorders of existing card designs using the same artwork, the elapsed time is typically 4-6 weeks using existing color proofs and plates/films.
