Eddie Bauer Rewards Program

Seattle-based Eddie Bauer, Inc., one of Canada's leading clothing and active lifestyle retailers, moved their loyalty program over to the Ernex system in the summer of 1999.

With the Eddie Bauer Rewards Program running at over 146 points of sale in 37 retail locations nationwide in Canada, Eddie Bauer customers can shop at any location with their branded loyalty card and always have their point totals updated in real-time.

The Ernex system replaces the previously static point collection system that required the mailing of gift certificates to complete the customer reward loop. Eddie Bauer will now save the expense associated with direct mail as fulfillment is done at the cash register, in Real-Time. Ernex will track cardholder point levels and automatically issue customer-specific messages and reward certificates when customers reach pre-assigned point levels.
